Spinach or arrugla, quarter of bannana, handful of red grapes, goji berries, half an avocado, a handful of frozen wild berries and a good dose of alkaline water in a blender does the trick for me during the week. On weekends, I venture towards savory roasted veggies and maybe a poached egg on top if I know I'll not be eating until dinner time.

This morning I just felt like fresh pineapple after my early moring cuppa. I like listening to my body now and allowing it to tell me what it needs.
